Pan fried West Bay bream served with Cornish new potatoes, sugar snap peas and sauce vierge
Roast breast of Gressingham duck served with sautéed Mill on the Brue chard, fondant potatoes and home-grown rhubarb and ginger sauce

28 day aged fillet of Devonshire Red beef, hand cut chips, seasonal vegetables and a choice of 3 sauces
