Welcome to Truffles we hope you enjoy your evening with us.

Our menus change every month to include local seasonal produce.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies and we will do our best to accomodate.

As all our food is home made – we are more than happy to put together a special dietary requirement menu when booked in advanced (e.g. gluten free, vegetarian or dairy free).  Please note we do use nuts in our kitchen.

Starters

 

Roasted Wiltshire pigeon breast served with crispy Sandringham bacon, watercress and a tayberry dressing

Broad bean and parmesan risotto with fresh garden mint

Salmon nicoise  

Diver caught Lyme Bay scallops served with cauliflower puree and a garlic and parsley butter (supplement £2.50/£4.50)

Main Courses

Roasted rump of Bromham lamb served with garlic mash potato, smoked aubergine puree and a black olive jus

Pan fried West Bay bream served with Cornish new potatoes, sugar snap peas and sauce vierge

Roast breast of Gressingham duck served with sautéed Mill on the Brue chard, fondant potatoes and home-grown rhubarb and ginger sauce

Grill menu – supplement £4

28 day aged fillet of Devonshire Red beef, hand cut chips, seasonal vegetables and a choice of 3 sauces

(please note this is a local rare breed beef, therefore we only have a small amount per week available)
